Abstract

This exploratory study sought to determine within the agricultural university departments in Argentina what institutional arrangements are in place to develop faculty pedagogically and what importance is given to them in competitive recruitment appointments. It also explored the academic management´s opinion about these arrangements and teacher assistants´ and supervisors´
views about one of these faculty development programmes
