Abstract

Higher education in Uruguay shows the existence of equity problems, despite the fact that it is one of the most open and least restrictive systems of access, given that it is free of charge. being one of the most open and least restrictive access systems, given its free access,its lack of selectivity and the absence of a quality assurance system.
