Abstract

The following article presents some results of the evaluation of a Program implemented in Argentina
that seeks to promote higher education inclusion and permanence of university students in situations of social vulnerability, through the deployment of two resources: a monthly stipend and institutional mentoring. The article describes the ways in which the scholarship holders, the Program and its institutional agents -mentors and authorities of the Civil Society Organizations implied in the Program- become acquainted. Likewise, based on these linkages and the institutional insertion referred by the fellows, we propose a typology
