Higher Education Law of Argentina, Ecuador and Spain in relation to current trends

The field of higher education is not static, the frequent changes in society force countries to modify their regulations in order to assume the challenges presented in a resilient way, to stay at the forefront of education, because it is the way each society progresses worldwide.
The objective of this article is to analyze the higher education laws of Argentina, Ecuador and Spain, in relation to current trends, based on the methodology of comparative education. It was developed within a qualitative methodology, and an exploratory descriptive design, since policies and legislation on aspects of relevance in the management of HEI higher education institutions were examined. According to the analysis carried out, the convergences and divergences between
these legislations are presented, in relation to current trends, and contributions are presented that could be considered in future debates to modify higher education legislation
