Academic performance indicators: reflections from the outlook of the student of Nutrition. This research work concerns the problem of entry and permanence in higher education within the course of studies for the Bachelor Degree of Nutrition, of the National University of Litoral (UNL).The objective pursued is to propose and analyze indicators of academic performance in students “academically successful” and from there to reflect on the characteristics shared by these students.The interest lies in developing a proposal of strategies to strengthen the entry and retention of students, to help optimize its performance in terms of our academic unit
