System of Actions to raise the professional motivation in the students of the degree Bachelor in Education Specialty Computer Science of Matanzas’s University

Abstract

The article presents the problem of the development of professional motivation in students of the degree Bachelor in Education Specialty Computer Science. A foundation of the professional motivation of the area of informatics and its teaching is realized from the psychological one that allows to obtain its dimensions and indicators. In a third moment the current state of these dimensions and indicators in the students is diagnosed, showing the insufficient development of the study variable: the development of professional motivation. A system of actions is designed that integrates the academic, administrative, labor and investigative, and, finally, the system of actions is implemented to assess its effectiveness in practice
