Argentine universities played a proactive role during the pandemic, either in the development of different actions as participants in the public policies that were defined in different areas or through their own projects and actions to resolve and/or mitigate the effects of the pandemic. In this framework, the function of university scientific-technological linkage acquired a notable presence and significance in the light of events. In this sense, this article aims to collect the experiences of scientific-technological linkage in two medium-sized universities in the Province of Buenos Aires and reflect on the linkage dynamics developed in the face of the pandemic. This scenario had an impact on the way in which the universities mobilized their capabilities and
resources inward, and fostered a more fluid dynamic of articulation with the environment and its actors, central aspects for the development of an effective scientific-technological linkage policy and with immediate impact and/or impact on society
