This article seeks to account for the inception of the first university created entirely in the province of Entre Ríos, specifically in the city of Concepción del Uruguay, emphasizing that its roots stem from the educational association “La Fraternidad” that carries out its duties
through general and exceptional gatherings of its partners, all for the sake of making institutional decisions. Through the different sections that make up the fabric of this article, there is a trace of the history that gives life to the entity, the community, and a sense of solidarity upon which it is based. Also, this article covers the processes that have positioned it highly over the years in the province, the region, and the nation
