Abstract

The “ Consejo Universitario Nacional” (CIN- National University Council) and the “ Consejo de Rectores de Universidades Privadas” (CRUP- Council of Rectors of Private Universities) agree on the need to revise the interpretation made by the University Council on Article 43 of the Higher Education Law No. 24,521 (SLE). We present the proposals made by both Councils in order to start the discussion
