Comments to the work of Emilio Fermín Mignone: “Las incumbencias”

Abstract

The contribution and scholarly monograph Mignone was the basis for the drafting of the articles of the law on higher education governing force since 1 995 enabling university professionals authorized to perform professions that compromises the public interest.
Mignone's work holds some surprises and brings a deep
traversal and documented Argentina legislation on higher education. But for the purposes of these notes is relevant to focus analysis on the comment of the uses and twists pragmatic adopted the word "incumbency" in our university and the ideological and corporate involved in providing college graduates some "ontological security "attached to each of the titles
